All About Me
My name is Linda Kobus. I had an awakening experience in October 2018 which led to a profound shift in my perspective on life. I was participating in a long session of yoga and meditation when I had an experience which left me in tears and with such a deep clarity that I knew my eyes had changed. Everything all of the sudden was vibrant and full of bliss. I felt my connection with the world, the planet, and the universe. Without knowing exactly what had happened I knew my life had changed. Years and years of severe anxiety dissipated, completely vanished. I become positive, empowered, free of anxiety, and all of the sudden I realized I could be myself in its entirety. At this time, I began to have exhilarating meditative experiences which led me to dive deeply into the yogic literature and meditation traditions to learn exactly what was happening. I studied at Kripalu shortly after and then began my studies in Therapeutic Yoga. I studied for two years at Kripalu to become a certified 800 Hour Yoga Therapist. I am a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT). I am also a RYT 500 and a member of Yoga Alliance.
